RETURNS

We understand- not every item will fit the way you want and sometimes returns are needed.

Items may be returned for store credit ONLY within 7 days of receipt of delivery. We will deny any returns after the 7 day delivery window.

Returns MUST be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags still intact.

To start the return process, please email CustomerCare@fashionabella.shop with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

NOTE: We strongly encourage you to insure and use tracking on your return packages to keep the shipping provider accountable.  You are responsible for the items until it reaches our warehouse.  If they lose it in transit back to us, we assume no responsibility for the lost package.

 

After receiving the item(s), a store credit will be emailed to you.

 

Return shipping charges are NOT refundable.

 

You may not return:

Sale/clearance items, swimwear, cosmetics, jewelry, lingerie, sunglasses, scarves, belts, and gift certificates.

 

Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges. This is because we cannot guarantee that the item you are hoping to exchange will still be available when the return reaches us. We recommend using the store credit you receive from your return to place a new order with the correct size or item.

When will my order ship?

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and will typically arrive in 3-10 business days. However, these orders do not have a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping may exceed 6 days, as we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

 

 

When will my order be ready for pick-up?

All local pick-up orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive an email with our pick-up location. These orders are only available for pick-up during business days from 9am-4pm, as we do not fulfill orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

 

How do I know the status of my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been fulfilled and processed, you will receive another email with either a tracking number (shipping) or a notification that your order is ready for pick-up (local).
